My dashboard reports have stopped updating, they would not add the new distance or calories burned. Although I can clearly see that the most recent activities have been uploaded.
Same problem here (on the modern version). Activities over the last 2 days are updated, but nothing in reports and nothing adding onto my leaderboard. Need to check with my friends whether they can even see my runs. Their runs I can see, but their distances are also not on the leaderboard. Also my records page is totally broken and won't let me see 5k (or in fact edit it at all). Emailed Garmin about the last point 10 days ago - automated response to say they have my email, nothing else.
Are these all common problems? Do Garmin usually answer emails promptly? They were pretty quick to answer when I was asking a question when thinking about buying my forerunner, but now they have my £360 they don't seem so bothered...
