Summary of all the issues with reports on Garmin Connect

Just on the off chance that anyone from Garmin is looking at the forum I thought I'd collate all the separate threads on the reporting issue into one.

As of the 5th June, Garmin Connect (Modern) stopped incrementing activities in the report widgets and weekly leaderboards although individual activities still show in the activity widget.
With Garmin Connect (Classic) the activities show up in the dashboard but do not show up under the "Last 12 months" graph in my profile.

Have I missed anything off?

  • Seems like it doesn't matter how many times this is posted, we are ignored. Even an acknowledgement that the problem is being worked on might be nice/reassuring. Until Garmin went for the big re-vamp I never had a problem. Now it just seems like a lot of chaos happening in public.

    I am also having this problem - since June 3rd for me. My activities are listed in the Activity widget, but the reports graph widgets are not being updated - it shows "No data for this time period" for this week, and the weekly leader board also does not show my miles. All my activities are set to "My Connections" on the privacy settings. Its frustrating as I look at the graphs all the time to monitor my weekly and monthly running/cycling miles and it was one of the things I was glad to see in the Modern Connect - now they are useless!

    Are the reports going to get updated Garmin?!
  • Ditto on this problem. Activities shows new miles in the last week, but nothing shows up in the reports with Modern. "No data for this time period" is all I see for this past week and I see 0 miles on the weekly leader board. The old version still works so I'm not switching over until this is fixed.

    I am also having this issue. Shows "No data for this time period" when I try to look at a total distance report for the last 7 days. However, when I switch it to the last 30 days runs show up, just not mine? Very weird, far longer distances than what I was running and they don't match the runs in my calendar for the same days.

    Thank you for listing all the threads related to reports not working. I have had problems with it not recording my activities since Wed. as well.
  • Also having this problem. 3 cycling workouts will not show up in reports at all, the last one that did show up was right at the end of may.

    Click "Category" -> "Desktop and Web Applications" -> "Garmin Connect" -> "Garmin Connect Troubleshooting".

    Please report as closely as possible what were you doing, what didn't work as you expected and what was that you did expect. Hopefully this will wake them up.

    Maybe this is more a side note but I find the service from garmin pretty poor. I normally do my swims in a pool that is 137 meters long but the 910XT can only go to 100m laps. So I suggested the garmin team to update the software and the response I got was the following: "as happy as we are to hear from you, it's unlikely that you will hear back from us". I wondering why they are not more on the ball with there software?
