Sticks on the uploading function and spins away.

Same for me, I was able to upload Friday but not today

I don't know if this fix your issue as well but it looked like my .fit was corrupted somehow so I ran my file through this site: http://garmin.kiesewetter.nl/ and it then uploaded fine.
