I rode 35 miles yesterday on my bike. Came home and synced with Connect. I can see the ride in Activities & on my calendar but it does not show up in my reports. Is there a way to make it do this?
I have the same problem, my reports of total distance, calories, or active time are not updating. Although I can clearly see that the activity has been up loaded.
Same problem here (and others...records page totally broken, can't see 5k, can't edit what is visible, get 1k record repeated 3 times on my mobile...emailed Garmin - nothing).
Same here since Thursday. I think Garmin desperately need to start appreciating that when we buy their stuff, we're buying into a system, not just the device. The level of software support (and don't even start me on the analytical tools) available is poor on too many occasions. There's only so much credit a decent piece of kit can get a company. Really cannot comprehend another global company not engaging with its customers 4 days into a problem (which I don't think should be all that hard to reverse).
Same here. Activities stops showing in Reports (and Profile) after 06/01/14. Even thou I can see it's been uploaded. Wrote to Garmin but no reply yet. Here is the other thread talking about this:
Can see my run under activities and all associated info/data but it is not contributing to my weekly totals and it is showing as me completing zero activities today.
