If you don't see the activities on this page! then either Garmin Express is configured to sync with another account, or the uploads are actually failing.
You can go to the manual upload page here. Select the option to manually upload fa file, and then (assuming you are on a Windows PC) browse for the file in C:\ProgramData\Garmin. You are looking for .fit files to upload. When you find them, upload them all. If that works then your activity files are fine and it is likely that it is that your device is connected with some other account.
At this point, you've uploaded all of your activities, so you can remove your FR70 from Garmin Express and pair it again.
When I sync my Garmin Forerunner 10 using Garmin Express works fine. Then I want to go to my activities at Garmin Connect on the link provided on the same screen and it does not work? I have to Google another link? Any answers welcome
Yes, the link is broken. If you want to see your activities, you don't need to use google. You just need to go to Garmin Connect. i.e., instead of going to http://www.google.com and searching for Garmin Connect, just go to http://connect.garmin.com.
