Ecoroute HD not connecting to Nuvi 2598 LMT-D

I have tried all the available solutions but it still will not connect, Its a brand new 2598 LMT-D and new Ecoroute HD in a 2007 1.9 CDTI Vauxhall Astra. Did all the resets, backups , firmware update and still the ecoroute just flashes green 3 times and no blue connection, GPS says searching for Ecoroute HD,

any suggestions ?
