Hello,
I'm experiencing a syncing issue tonight for the first time.
When I synced this evening it said sync complete and updated on the site where it lists my device saying Synced Today at 9:32 pm. However, in the box where it lists my steps it says synced today at 8:11 pm and therefore my steps haven't updated.
So basically my garmin synced with the site, but it's not syncing with my step box. I'll include a pic so you can see the discrepancy of my sync times between the boxes.
Any advice? Is the site experiencing problems?
