Sync courses from edge to connect

I created some courses in Basecamp (based on GPX I downloaded and where needed, some editing) and send them to my Edge1000. How do I get them to also appear in Connect? using GarminExpress to sync the edge with Connect doesn't seem to do it.

Any ideas on what I'm missing?
