So what are the chances of Garmin opening up to Apple given their reluctance to work with anyone else? I like the Garmin hardware but am guessing that Apple will provide a better interface.
Given Apple's partnership w/ Mayo, IBM and Healthcare Software giants like Epic I have to imagine Garmin wouldn't pass on the opportunity to throw their name in the hat... At least one (Garmin Addict) would hope. Fingers crossed (hint hint Garmin). ;-)
Given that supporting HealthKit requires only an update to the iOS app in order to create new health entries as new data comes in, I'm seriously hoping this is in the cards. Would love to see it on iOS 8 launch day…
