Garmin Connect is no longer recognizing my watch. This is true for the modern and classic version of the websites. When I try to upload my runs I get an "error undefined" message. Customer service, or rather "customer service" says there is a 30 to 35 minute wait and it takes three work days to get a response to an email. I've just purchased a Bia because I'm so sick of the constant problems with Garmin, but I do have some runs that I really, really want to upload from my Garmin. Can anyone help me figure this out?
I just noticed a long thread about this very issue, so its clearly not just me. I wold appreciate any updates. Oh, and how much do I hate Garmin these days? Can't wait to switch over to my Bia.
