Any way to force Garmin Express to re-download activities from 910xt

I've got a 910xt and I was having issues with garmin express giving me the "We're Sorry..." message when I opened it and tried to log in. I discovered that it was my time being off which was causing that issue, but not after uninstalling/reinstalling express.

What's happened now is that the several activities on my 910xt which occurred between the last successful synch and the reinstall are still on my watch, but won't sync via express to garmin. I also can't do a manual upload from garmin connect because it doesn't show me any of the files on my watch since march.

Thanks
  • You can manually upload it. From another post it seems it's not obvious where to go for the manual upload function at the new site, but it is there. I don't use the new site nor Garmin Express, so I can't give you details. Maybe search this forum.

Are you sure the files are still on your watch, since you say it doesn't show them?

I can't manually upload because when I do, the latest file I see is from March.
  • Are you sure the activities are still on your device? Check in the History on your device.

There is a 'Transfer All' setting on your device which will force transfer of any activities on your device. There is a manual upload on the Garmin Connect site too. And on GE you can get it to look for new activities by selecting the appropriate function.

As an aside, Garmin Connect is not looking at your device, but at the files stored on your computer that are removed from your device.
