When I plug in my Edge 500 to my computer Garmin Express does not automatically open and when I manually open Express it recognizes the Edge 500 but will not sync the unit with Garmin Connect. Garmin Connect states that I have no devices connected. I have all the latest updates and Express auto loads when I plug in my Nuvi. Any idea why this is happening?
