Vivofit Keeps randomly going into pair mode then resets

After recent firmware update, my vivofit randomly goes into pair mode 5-10 times during a 24 hr period. Eventually shuts down and resets loosing all data for the current day.

    OK I'm done with garmin. After Tech support told me my device had to be returned for replacement, he offered an immediate replacement if I provided a CC. Once the return was received, they would credit the card. Heard nothing so I called to check on replacement. CS person told me " should not have taken CC for immediate replacement as they have NO STOCK" and they will not have stock for 3 weeks. I was happy with device when it worked, but Garmin CS is terrible at best. Getting a credit for returned device and going elsewhere. A quick search of forum shows many more people having same issue with the vivofit after a few weeks. Looks like this device is not ready for prime time yet.

    Same issue here - no reply from Garmin support email. Trying their twitter to see if the response is any better :|

    Update... I fixed the issue by removing the batteries, and placing them back again. No more problems for almost a week.
