"Watch" sign on Calendar?

Hi to all,
What means black "watch" sign on top left corner of the day in Calendar? I supose something with recovery time? Thx

Are you talking a lot the icon in the top-right corner of the day? The day of month is in the top-left corner, and if you weighed yourself, a scale icon appears in the top-right corner. Clicking the icon would have provided you an immediate answer.
