Re-send an activity to Garmin Connect

Dear all,

I need a help: I deleted an activity from my Garmin connect but it is still in my Forerunner 620. I want to re-send this activity to Garmim connect.
Any clue? I tried to do this by syncronization using Garmin Express but did not work.

Have a look on your device for something like 'Transfer All' and activate that. That should fire it up again.

You should be able to go to the 'Activities' page, click the 'Import' option, and manually browse to the .fit file for the activity in question.
