My reports updated a few days ago again and things seem to be normal in that respect. Enjoy the Garmin products and GC is a good tool to track. Will be happy once they haven't gotten rid of most of the bugs since the Modern View does seem to be a little easier to navigate and analyze data.
Garmin Connect loads nothing but the blue background of the modern UI, and the four buttons on the left side. None of the buttons do anything, I have no access to data or anything else on the site. This happens with all browsers. Deleting browser cache&cookies doesn't help.
Segments are back up and running, although we are still making improvements. It may take a few days to process the segments you crossed or created. This is the banner in front of the GC pages for more than a week. But nothing is changed. I don't understand why Garmin doesn't works hard to solve all the problems that are increasing day by day in the last year with his software. Their products are more and more used in work, sport and fitness, by the way seems that garmin are not improving the software nor the customer satisfaction.
I've test garmin connect with several PCs, phones and tablets, using different browser: Safari, chrome, internet explorer, and Mozilla. This seems to be an error of the software. I've sent an email to garmin and they told me to be patience 'cause they were working on that problem, but this problem is present since April. So, Kriderun, I think there will not be a fix by now. I'm using Strava to train myself waiting for GC.
Garmin Modern is complete garbage. I now cannot see anything apart from a blue webpage with the word "Connect" written on it and four icons in the top left corner. Nothing happens when I click on any of these icons. So now I can't access ANYTHING I have previously uploaded. No past runs. Nothing.
Thank you Garmin you have now made my entire running history in accessible.
