How do I share on Facebook?

I cannot figure out how to share my workouts on Facebook. I have connected my GarminConnect account to my Facebook account.

When I go to details on a workout, I see a "Share" icon, but it is faded so that I cannot choose it.

Any suggestions?

You need to change the privacy settings of your activity so that it can be viewed by the public. To the left of the Share icon is a little lock icon. Click the lock and change the privacy setting for the activity to Everyone.
