Are you using Garmin Express? If not, you should install it (be sure to uninstall other Garmin software such as the ANT Agent first). Do you see the 110 in Garmin Express? If not, you should add the device to Garmin Express (select Add New Device from the big dropdown) and connect the 110 to your PC via USB. If you do see it in Garmin Express, remove the device from Garmin Express (select the device from the big dropdown, click the Device menu, and then click Delete Device from Express) and re-add the device to Garmin Express as in the previous step.
