Garmin Express - 705 not uploading

Cant get garmin express to upload activity from 705. Says that it is, finishes its activity and then nothing in Garmin Connect. No error messages, and still shows hundreds of items to sync when i try again. Anyone else have the same/understand the issue/got any advice?
