(Apologies if this is the wrong forum, please direct me to the right place.)
I 'upgraded' (downgraded but to newer) to a 220, and was forced to get Garmin Express to get my runs to Garmin Connect as my phone won't pair with the watch. However, since doing so, I've been getting the issue mentioned here:

Apparently the solution is putting a password on your computer (no thanks, I need autoboot to desktop for reasons) or uninstalling Garmin Express? If I uninstall Garmin Express, how do I get the info off my watch to the website? (I could do it manually maybe, if I knew how - but is there an alternative automatic one?)
