Hey,

I just received a new Garmin 410 through the warranty program as the old one was destroyed with water damage. The watch works great but I cannot get it to be recognized by the ANT agent which i have from the original watch? I realize that I have to link the new watch with the old agent but I cannot figure out how to do this?

Can someone point me in the right direction?

Thanks

    Hi,

I managed to get it to work. Paired it on the watch and then did the following:

Verify that your USB ANT stick is connected properly.
•If using a Forerunner 405, 405CX, 410, or 610 ensure the unit is out of power save mode. See owner's manual for more information.
•Verify that pairing is enabled for your Garmin ANT Agent:
◦Windows: Right-click the Garmin ANT Agent icon in the Windows system tray and select Pair with New Devices.
◦Mac: Open the Garmin ANT Agent application, click on the Devices menu and select Pair with New Devices.
•Verify that pairing is enabled on your Garmin device:

    Hope that helps.
