viofit doesn't sync any activities

Mijn vivofit with heart rate monitor won't sync activities with Garmin Connect. Does anyone else have the same problem?
I have tried it a couple of times, but it won't work. The heart rate monitor does seem to work properly because is shows my heart rate during work-out.

I have the same issue. Only synced for one day and then it stopped. Any setting changes seem to have synced correctly but not activities.

Got tired of waiting for Garmin to respond so I tried a few thing. It's odd the there is no instruction on how to reset the Vivofit. I ended up holding the sync button for an extended period of time and finally the Vivofit reset itself to its original setting. I ended up losing 4 days of activities but it seems to have refreshed itself and now my activities sync without any issues. Not sure if I am able to recover the missing activities from the last 4 days.
