Why won't my last ride upload to garmin connect via garmin express?

I have been unable to Sync for weeks using Garmin Express (it's crap), so I reverted to the old version of Garmin Connect but now the 'Upload' feature has an issue and does not work. Garmin sell great products but their web, software and general support is awful, and I am seriously considering buying another manufactures product. They put update after update out for Garmin Express and its just awful and never works.

I have the same problem. I have started to use Strava instead. I hope Garmin will know when they get their act together. I use a Garmin 500.

Can you use strava with the garmin devices?

Yes! Strava works great with Garmin devices. Right now Garmin will not even work with Garmin devices.

Just tried to upload my swim workout today and it reverts back to the home page. Yesterday, it was fine and I was able to load my activity. Now, nothing. Need help!!

I'm having the same problem with my run today. Went straight into Strava but Garmin Connect just keeps pointing me to the download page when I hit upload. If I sync from within connect express it just takes me to the activities page and no new activity. WTF?

Yes you can. In fact, strava is much better in most areas; however, I still use Garminconnect because I've used it for the last 5 years and want to keep all my rides there. Also, there is a way in strava to upload all of your previous rides from garmin connect.

I have the same Issue with my Garmin Forerunner 610, 2.90.0.0. The ANT told me that the new file has been uploaded, but I do not find it neither in the Garmin Connect nor on the Forerunner 610. Seams some trouble with the new Garmin Express. Maybe it is to fast and misses something. Lets see how this will be fixed by the Garmin Team.

I'm having the same issue. looks to be a common problem, hopefully Garmin will address it. No problem getting my data into strava and then veloviewer.
