It appears that Garmin wanted to do an update to the manner in which the "Upload" function was accessed. Unfortunately, at least in my experience, they seemed to have screwed up what was a perfectly functioning feature before this supposed update. All I get now is a redirect to a page that informs me that I need to update my software and re-sync. Fine. I did that and, surprise; when I go back to the home page and go to "Upload", I once again get redirected to that same page. I'm curious as to whether this is something only I'm experiencing or a known issue. If the latter, does anyone have a solution to get past this nuisance?
Wish I found this thread prior to doing a hard reset and losing some of my data. I have the same problem with my 310xt and my mac 10.9.3. It finds the garmin but states there is nothing to upload. When i go to express the sync button is not working.
Very frustrating that the watch will not connect with the web. This ruins the value of the watch to a large degree. I doubt I will buy another Garmin product.
I have a similar problem. I kept getting synch failed message with the ANT stick so I upgrade to Connect Express. Now I get a prettier SynchFailed message. Thanks Garmin!
