FR10 - Training Deleted

First poster and new user of a garmin ;)

Just a quick question with regards to my FR 10. When i have uploaded my training to Garmin Connect, it seems to be removed automatically from the device (there is a check box on GarminExpress for this which i didn't tick). Is there any way to put the training back on the device from garmin connect so i can upload to another tracking website such as fetch? I have tried the options at the top such as send to device.

Most websites allow you to do a manual upload. If you are using a recent version of Garmin Connect, the files you want to upload are in the C:\ProgramData\Garmin sub folders (assuming you're on a windows PC). If necessary, you can also download (from Garmin Connect) a fit/gpx/tcx file containing your workout data, and you should be able to upload that to your third party site.
