I have upgraded to Modern Garmin Connect
In doing so it was explained that this would delete ANT but that future connection would be done wirelessly via the new Modern program
I have downloaded the installer (three times) and believe it is installed properly
I have registered my device
When I come to upload new activities it states that a device needs to be connected but I cannot get it to connect in spite of inserting the ANT USB and having the device USB cable connected.
I do not know any other way to connect my device and need assistance
I have email support three time and have not had a reply
I have called the UK office (from Australia) and was on hold with a recorded message for 10 minutes before I hung up
I cannot even connect reverting to the original version and do not know how to reinstall the ANT
Has anyone had this problem and found a solution?
Has anyone been able to get support from the company?
