Different FTP Value for Cycling (Dashboard v. Personal Setting)

Hello,
Can someone tell me how to change the Cycling FTP value on my dashboard so that it corresponds to the FTP value in my personal settings? See attached screen shot of different values.

You have to send the data from Garmin Connect to your Garmin device. The instructions here describe how to do it for Edge devices, the 310XT and 910XT.
