Sync successful but does not show on Activities

Is it me or is it the system? I have a Garmin 310XT. I have installed, uninstalled and reinstalled Garmin Express and now managed to sync all of my data off my watch. When I click on the link to take me through from Express to Garmin Connect to review my uploads, all of my data is there which is fantastic. When I go back into Garmin Connect at a later date, my sync information is no longer showing in Activities. I uploaded details of workouts on 18th May and it was all in there to review. I went back into Garmin Connect today and its reverted back to my latest activity being at the end of March 2014. All my new synced data is no longer showing. This has been happening to me ALL year, where my dashboard doesn't show anything recent. All the data is several months old. Its so frustrating. Please can anyone shed light onto this. Is it me or Garmin? Oh BTW, it does this for both the older and modern views.

    This is happening to me too with my 310 XT. Since end of July, all of my activities seem to be syncing fine, but they do not show up in Garmin Connect. I was using safari, so I switched to firefox (updated version) and it is still not showing up. I sent an inquiry to Garmin. If I find the solution I will post.
  • If you use the link in Garmin Express to go to Garmin Connect, do you see your recent activities? If you do, then I'd suspect you inadvertently created a new Garmin Connect account when you installed Garmin Express.

    This worked for me... all the information is there, though, old and new. Very strange, since account is the same!
