server problems two days solid - time to revert to older system

For two days I have been getting the following message -

We're Sorry...
There's a problem with our servers, which means that Express is temporarily unavailable. We're working as fast as we can to get it back up and running. Please try again later.

The "modern" system apparently is one that doesn't work and there is no human tag Garmin to provide support. Does anybody know how to restore the older Garmin Connect, which occasionally worked?
