I was given this Garmin 1350T with case, mount and GMT 25 traffic car charger. All original Garmin accessories. When I try to use it I get no traffic warnings and a message window reading "Serial accessory's requires external power." I am not sure if it is even charging yet. The red LED on the charger is on when plugged in. What can I do? Do I need a new cord? If so where do I get one? I have gotten all updates using Garmin express. I have Windows 7 x64.
