Just purchased the Monterra - our third Garmin product. It won't connect to the PC to register. Have tried two PC's, two USB's and downloaded all new updates as instructed - HELP!
Use the USB cable that came with your Monterra. Also download the USB drivers from Garmin, as yours may be corrupted.
