Approach G6 - scorecards not showing in modern Connect

My 910XT is working fine with the new Connect, and I can sync with my Approach G6, but my golf scorecards do not show in Connect.
I can see everything except my scorecards.
Is there anything I can do? I've logged two support emails but have had nothing back from Garmin.....

Garmin seems to be ignoring my support requests, and no answer here. Surely I'm not the only person with this issue???

same problem here with my Approach G6
got it synced moths ago, but it just won't sync at all now!
problem seems to be with Garmin express, in it, I click on Sync now, but nothing happens
