Fenix 2 cannot connect to the modern Garmin Connect

My Fenix 2 has been connected with Garmin Express and I can view and sync it in the classic Garmin Connect, however, when switching to modern view, it says there is no device on Garmin Connect. I tried to connect by using the 'Link to connect' in Garmin Express, an error message came out.

"ERROR: locale parameter must be specified!!!"

Does anybody know how to fix it?
