Downloading workouts when Training Center now discontinued

I have a new Windows 7 Desktop PC (previous Windows XP crashed with Training Center on it) and have no idea how to look at whatever is now downloaded from my Garmin 305 running workouts. Anyone have a clue?
YOu should be able to set up garmin connect and upload the files that way - once you install connect you should be able to find and upload tha files into connect which is like a web based version of Training Centre
As pointed out above, the normal way would be to use Garmin Connect and Garmin Express. If you don't mind running the discontinued software, you can still download it.
