Sometimes I forget to turn on my Garmin GPS, or the battery goes dead, or whatever.
Anyone know how to create a new activity? Or to copy an edit an existing one? I like to log all my miles and haven't found a way to do this yet.

Go to the calendar and click on the day you want to make the manual activity. Select Manual Activity from the popup menu. If you have the modern Garmin Connect and you have an activities widget on your dashboard, you can click the + in the activities widget.
You can't really copy/edit an existing workout. You can download the tcx file and modify that, and then upload the modified file if you really want.
