Garmin Connect shows Synced 4+ days information Gone

I have a vivofit, that I sync on a regular basis. This morning I went to sync and had the past 4 days data disappear.

If this is an issue, PLEASE TELL US, so we can NOT SYNC and lose data. Data is the big thing with this device. If I cannot get reliable data feeds, or notification when there is a problem, then this device is going to ultimately be an issue.

    Well now I feel a little sheepish.

    I tried to do an update to the Garmin Express software. This allowed all of my past 4 days to sync in. The data is there.
    Is there a way to set auto update for the software? I thought it was set, but it looks like I am missing something.
  • You're not missing anything, for reasons I don't understand the auto update on Express isn't working at the moment, and isn't meant to, according to the Express team.

    I am having the same issues with mine just loosing data.
