Entering manual activity in Modern version

How to add manual activity in Modern version. Does anyone know

Go to the calendar and click on the day you want to create the activity on, and then choose Manual Activity.

Click on the + symbol on your activities widget.

Looks like an ability to manually add activities is currently missing from the full Activities page.
