What a surprise! Today I downloaded map updates and was informed that I had to get a new computer soon or I would not be able to download new maps since the version of Microsoft I have would no longer allow downloads. I bought the unlimited version of the downloads ($89.99) on April 29, 2013 and this is the first download since that one. How do I get money back for the difference between the single download and the unlimited option?
