Garmin Connect cannot add up

The data below is copied and pasted from my run today (sorry for the hokey format). I didn't have GPS on because it is just one of my standard training runs.
The problem is that the total time (43:41.0) is about four minutes short of the actual total, which shows on the watch History display as 47:42.
What's going on?

    I should emphasise that the splits (as listed) add up to the correct time, which is four minutes more than the total shown.... a blatant bug in the web code. How does this get fixed?
