Devices not listed in the new modern Garmin Connect

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone could please help me? I have just switched to the new modern Garmin Connect, but in the devices box it says I have no devices connected and to "Add a device using Garmin Express". My Garmin Express seems to be working fine though and my devices are listed there.

Does anyone have an idea why they may not be showing in Garmin Connect anymore?

Also, how do I set up Garmin Express to automatically import my runs into Garmin Connect when I connect it to the PC?

    I've wasted the past two days with the same issue. Have uninstalled and reinstalled twice.

    I've got the same problem. I'm working around the problem by switching to Classic temporarily and using Upload in that interface.

    To switch to Classic mode: click on the head/shoulders icon on the left navigation panel, then select "switch to Classic Temporarily".

    The Upload link will be available in the upper right area of the classic interface.

  • AFAIK, not all devices work completely with the new garmin connect. Especially the upload function. Maybe there is a sticky on it, but I've not been affected, so I have not looked

    Have same issue with 310xt and Modern - device not recognised. Also i won't let me download a workout i've created - says I need to imstall Garmin Express - which I already have installed! Everything works fine if I switch back to Classic!
