May I take it a step further and suggest an extension strap that could be fitted on either small or large vivofit.

Either one is exactly what I'm looking for. There is nothing on the market to fill this requirement.

Tried a workaround for indoor biking - put the strap on to the bike pedal. Would definitely appreciate an ankle strap. Our family would prefer to include bike 'steps' in our targets.

My vivosmart counts steps pushing a stroller just fine. I put it in my sock or cargo pocket for cycling, keeping it on my wrist doesn't measure much. Not sure why bike handles and stroller handles behave so differently.

But is a cycling step really a step?
Also, if you put it on an ankle does it really count every step or only the steps of that ankle - ie: 1/2 of the actual steps?

I'm really trying to come up with a way to track steps when pushing a stroller. Any suggestions?
