Compare activities not showing lap times

Hello,

This morning I have used the 'compare activities' function on garmin connect for two of a series of races. It's the same course so i thought it'd be a great opportunity to do a bit of analysis. When I compared the two, I don't see split times even though they are there for the individual races.

Any ideas please?

I'm using Chrome browser, latest version. I've refreshed the page and tried comparing a couple of times. I don't know if it'll make a difference but I've been using the forerunner 410 for a couple of years.

This is a known issue. See e.g. this thread.

Please do report to Garmin Support -- the more of us that complain, the more likely they are to actually fix it. Hopefully.
