Got message of new software. When I tried to launch it brought up some screen that said "need to link to applicaiton" what needs to link to what application? Connect to express? When I go to garmin express it says I am up to date on software. However the synchronization button in the new connect shows 19 items. Again when I click on this I get that que from windows saying to what app do i need to link. help please
I'm guessing that the issue is that Garmin Connect is trying to associate the Garmin Express software with certain kinds of links. I'm using chrome and I got a prompt to associate connectagent:// urls with Garmin Express. If you don't permit this, then clicking buttons in Garmin Connect won't be able to communicate with your Garmin device.
This prompt is similar to the prompt that you might have seen from the Garmin Communicator Plugin if you had been using it previously.
