Garmin 810, Last Ride doesn't load just endless loop trying to

Lately, my Garmin 810 seems to get hung up on almost every other ride where after I stop and save the ride and then try to go back and look at the ride summary, it won't load. Instead, it just seems to get stuck in an endless cycle of trying to load. Only way I can fix it is by deleting all my rides. This seems to work for the next ride or so then the same thing happens all over again.

I'm upset and can't find a solution. My device is updated with the latex software version 3.00. I don't know what I can do other than post my problem here. If anyone has a real solution that doesn't involve having to constantly delete my rides, I'd really appreciate it.

Hi, I had this problem with version 2.9. It seems to have sorted itself with version 3. Maybe try doing a Factory reset on the device or reinstalling version 3 again if the reset doesn't work. The problem for me was that on saving a ride the the file was being corrupted. The device nor Garmin connect could read the corrupted file. Strangely though strava had no problem reading the corrupted file direct from the device so I uploaded them direct to strava and then exported the gps file from Strava to Garmin connect. Hope that helps.
