Annoying, Garmin looks like some of the changes you have made have properly messed it up. Regardless of running off Windows XP, 7, 8 as an OS or Firefox, Google Chrome or IE for PC or on an Ipad it does not work to creating a course using GarminConnect route creation.
I have created many before on many platforms but it fails on all of them pushing you to the sign on page. Whatever you are planning you need to get your act together, regardless of whether the equipment working well, if we cannot program them they are useless and we will all go elsewhere.
Please remember we buy these things rather than use a free app on our mobiles in order for us to create/program them, if there is an app that comes out which does the job you will lose all of us! Get it sorted. Rant over
