Just wondering with the new segments function, how far back in time will activities be included? ie I know my best time for a particular segment was 5 months ago, will this be included on the leader board?
I have the same question. I use segments to compare with my own past rides, so I would like to see my old rides coming up! The best for segments is RIDE WITH GPS. I would like to have something similar in GC. I would only use GC.
Currently everything seems to go back to April 1st, 2014 at the latest. I think they are trying to avoid compiling segment leader boards from a decade of data.
I see a few entries that go back to 2010. However it is very random in terms of what comes up. I rode yesterday and crossed a number of segments, however not one of them was recorded. Garmin better do something to fix this soon, otherwise I will be forced to go back to Strava, but would prefer not to.
