I have created s new route on Garmin Connect but when I try to save it I am taken back to the log in page which then locks up. Nothing has been saved.
I have successfully created , saved and sent new routes to my Garmin device in the past.
This problem has just started.
Does anybody know how to overcome this please?

I am having the same issue. I have now started a route and saving it periodically and going back to it and editing it. I thought maybe it was timing out. Even that is hit and miss. I am planning a 90 mile route and what should have taken about 20 minutes to create has now taken me 2 hours..... Not at all happy.

Same issue here, just kicks you back to the login screen when you try and save it. Worked fine yesterday.

Same issue here.... I am logged in and it wants to take to take me to log in screen to save route. Trying to get a map on my device is now impossible will try mapmyride.com and see if that works.

And here - three PCs, different browsers, different OSs. Is there any way to get in touch Garmin, or do they monitor these forums?

Having a similar issue, EXCEPT after I log in, and create a route and attempt to save it tells me my account is locked. This is happening every few days and is starting to get to me

Same issues. Some times it works if I save every additional turn and then edit and save the next

I am having this issue. When I go to save the route, I get the log in page. The name of the route is saved, but with 0km. I am using Safari and Firefox.

I've got the same problem, i can't plot a route then save it. Need to create new route and straight away save, then change the name and save, then plot your start and save. It's ONE input and save. That's the oly way I've found to get it to work.

Very very poor indeed.

Same here. Tried 6 times lost everything. What is going on????
