I've tried to map out a 400km route 4 times now...
This is beyond Crap.
Everything that Garmin touches is crap.
Years ago I dropped a ton of cash on a car GPS and it had a habit of taking me off the freeway, though a dozen stop lights and the back on the same freeway again - so, we just got used to mapping the route out and not really relying on the $400 device. So we bought an iPhone and Navigon. It was the best things since sliced bread - then Garmin bought them. Then I got an Edge 810 as a gift. I think I did my best too look happy when I opened it...
... the old interface worked fine. Now I can't use it too map the rides that the peeps that bought me the device, wanted me to use the device for.
Irony.
Words can't describe how pissed off I am now. I'm supposed to be sleeping in prep for a ride and I have to try and remap a course on a crap interface that for North/South views is a complete and utter joke.
