Statute Uk settings- shows Farenheit on connect and app, but Device shows Celsius?

can this be set so they all show celcius?
  • They are independent go into settings and on display preferences set units to statute UK
  • To be clear on what is being said above, the settings on Garmin Connect are independent of the settings on your device. You have to apply the setting to both places.

I think what the OP was saying is he already has it set to STATUTE UK on garmin connect, i have same problem.
The figure changes to DegC but symbol is still in DegF. also sends data to strava in DegF. only way i can get temp in DegC is to put into Metric, but then i have km/h etc.
  • @whitac - I think you are probably right - classic connect displays Centigrade and the symbol OK but connect modern displays the value correctly for Centigrade but shows the F symbol for Fahrenheit. This should be reported to Garmin support as a bug but only seems a minor issue. As for Strava I can't see where the temp is displayed but that may not be available if you have a free account as I do. I only have the 610 also which doesn't record temp so the temperature is pulled into the activity based on location when I upload it to connect.

I have an 810 and it shows Celsius on the unit but on Garmin Connect it shows F (I also noticed in Basecamp it also shows F on completed routes). I've searched in all the Connect settings and can't find a Celsius options. It's a bit annoying I hope they fix it soon.
