Missing Rank/Leaderboard Status

I created some "Segments" in my area on some of our local running trails... My "Connections" and several others have appeared across the Leaderboards, however MY Runs are not included (my Rank is listed as "--"). If I change the Leaderview to "Me Only", all of my past runs are actually listed. Any help for getting my Runs included on the Leaderboards? Is there some "Rule" that the Segment Creator's past Runs can't be included, or is this a Privacy setting somewhere? Thanks in advance for any ideas.
Each activity has a privacy setting which is accessible via the lock icon in the activity list and details views. You need to set it to Everyone so that you can be on the public leaderboards. There is a setting that allows you to change the default privacy setting for all new activities.
